My work with a small town newspaper really gave me a lot of opportunity to not only shoot photography for stories that my colleagues would write, but I also had the chance to design many of the pieces I shot. Over the years I designed hundreds of stories and even helped change some of the elements in the paper's template itself. Some of my best work is shown below.
